    • finance/admin staff
    • agencies maintaining merchant stores

    What it does

    • Filters orders by created date range, gateway, order status, and resolver status.
    • Previews matched rows before download.
    • Runs analysis on demand for totals and diagnostics.
    • Downloads CSV export data.
    • Downloads a JSON manifest with row counts, totals, missing-fee reasons, and Gateway Coverage Report.
    • Saves reusable filter presets and records preset last-run time.

    Supported gateway families

    • Stripe / Stripe for WooCommerce
    • WooPayments
    • PayPal
    • WooCommerce PayPal Payments
    • WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway

    How value is created

    • Removes manual order-by-order fee lookup.
    • Makes gateway fee coverage gaps visible before finance export.
    • Standardizes mixed Stripe/PayPal fee metadata into one export schema.
    • Flags missing, ambiguous, invalid, and unsupported rows without mutating order data.

    Current scope limits

    • Uses only metadata already stored on orders.
    • Unsupported gateways appear in diagnostics, not resolved fee exports.
    • Does not fetch fees from gateway APIs.
    • Does not reconcile payouts or settlements.
    • Does not backfill missing gateway fees.
    • Does not sync to accounting platforms.
    • Does not write custom reporting tables.
